What is scellNameDateTime?
This is a text string combining the StorageCell's name with the date and time of an event, in a single field. It gives an administrator a quick, combined identifier and timestamp for a StorageCell event without needing to cross-reference two separate OIDs. For example, this single field would let a log viewer display both which cell had a problem and exactly when it happened in one glance.
