Description: Enterprise-level MIB defining a vendor's top-level OID registration and shared management infrastructure objects.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is COMPANY-MIB?
COMPANY-MIB is Allot Communications' top-level private enterprise MIB, establishing the root OID registration point and shared management infrastructure (including a common notification object, neTraps) used across Allot's family of network equipment MIBs. As a foundational module it does not itself expose interface, environmental, or performance counters; instead it provides the shared trap/notification anchor and enterprise arc that other Allot device-specific MIBs build upon. Its monitoring relevance is therefore indirect: it is the root under which Allot's traffic-management and network-intelligence platform MIBs define their actual hardware/software status objects, such as device health traps. It has an implicit dependency relationship with every other Allot-branded MIB module, which import definitions or register OIDs beneath this module's enterprise arc. It is deployed as a required base module wherever Allot network intelligence/DPI platforms are managed via SNMP. Engineers can download the COMPANY-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in COMPANY-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Monitoring Examples
The only sample object captured is neTraps, a shared notification object used as the root for trap definitions in other Allot MIBs; there are no per-device runtime monitoring objects in this module itself, so a concrete polling scenario would need to reference the specific Allot device MIB that imports from COMPANY-MIB.
