What is satStreamOuterVlanEtherType?
This read-write Integer32 sets the EtherType used for the outer VLAN tag on the SAT test stream. A technician configures this so the outer tag's protocol type field matches the aggregation network's tagging scheme, since mismatched EtherTypes can cause switches to misclassify or drop the tag. For example, setting it to 0x9100 makes the outer tag appear as a stacked provider tag rather than a standard 802.1Q tag.
