What is satStreamInner1ValnEtherType?
This read-write Integer32 sets the EtherType value used for the Inner2 VLAN tag that the SAT stream inserts (despite its name referencing Inner1, the description ties it to Inner2 tagging). An admin sets this so the test frames' inner tag EtherType matches what the carrier's switches expect for that VLAN layer, since a mismatched EtherType would cause the tag to be misread as ordinary payload. For example, setting it to 0x8100 makes the device treat that field as a standard 802.1Q inner tag rather than a vendor-specific one.
