What is satStreamDeiEnabled?
This read-write TruthValue enables or disables setting the Drop Eligible Indicator (DEI) bit in the SAT test stream's VLAN tag. An admin enables this to validate how the network treats drop-eligible (typically excess or yellow) traffic under congestion, since DEI marking affects which frames get discarded first. For example, turning DEI on for the test stream verifies that frames above the committed rate are correctly flagged for preferential dropping during congestion testing.
