What is satControlTestProcedures?
This read-write SatProceduresList object holds the list of Service Activation Test procedures to run, per its description. An administrator selects which specific procedures (from the available SAT test types) should execute as part of this control instance's activation test. For example, an operator commissioning a new Ethernet service might configure satControlTestProcedures to include both a CIR step test and a performance test in the same run.
