What is vtVcPathAdminState?
This read-write AdminState object represents the administrative state of the OCn VT1.5/VC12, a low-order TDM tributary carried within a higher-order path. An administrator sets it to enable or disable a specific VT1.5/VC12 tributary independently of the higher-order path or line it rides within. For example, an operator provisioning a new DS1 circuit mapped into a VT1.5 tributary would set this object to enabled only after confirming the tributary's cross-connect is properly configured.
