What is stsVcPathTrailTraceFormat?
This read-write TrailTraceFormat object provides the length mode used for the J1 trail trace on the OCn Path, per its description. Administrators set it to match the J1 trace format supported by the far-end path termination equipment. For example, interconnecting with an older SONET add-drop multiplexer that only understands a 1-byte J1 format would require setting this object to that shorter format rather than the newer extended string format.
