Description: This object represents the Operational State of the OCn Path.
What is stsVcPathOperationalState?
This read-only OperationalState object represents the operational state of the OCn Path. Administrators monitor it to confirm a specific STS/VC path carried within the parent OCn interface is actually passing traffic, since a healthy line interface doesn't guarantee every path within it is up. For example, a customer circuit riding one STS-1 path within a larger OC-12 could be down due to a path-level fault even while the OC-12 line itself reports fine.
