This object allows to manage the RX QL of the SCI port.
What is sciPortRxSsmQL?
This object manages the Synchronous Clock Interface port's received Synchronization Status Message Quality Level, which indicates the quality and trustworthiness of the timing signal being received from an external synchronization source. An operator would query or adjust this value when configuring timing distribution across a network to ensure clocks synchronize from reliable sources.
