Description:
This object provides the Transmitted QL value for the OCn/STM interface. If the OCn/STM interface TransmitQL Mode is disabled, then the received QL value is not applicable. This object is only applicable for Synchronous OCn/STM interface.
What is ocnStmTransmitQL?
This object displays the SSM (Synchronous Supply Module) Quality Level value that the system is currently transmitting on an OCn/STM optical interface for synchronization purposes. The QL value informs peer equipment about the quality and source of the clock signal. An operator would observe this to verify that the correct clock quality is being advertised, especially when synchronization sources change.
