Description: This object allows to specify time for timed-loopbacks on on the OCn/STM interface.
What is ocnStmLoopbackTime?
This read-write Integer32 (2..300) allows an administrator to specify the duration for a timed loopback on the OCn/STM interface, automatically clearing it after that period. Setting a bounded time protects against a loopback being left in place indefinitely and blocking traffic. For example, a technician running a brief signal-integrity test would set this to a short duration like 30 seconds so the loopback self-clears even if they forget to remove it manually.
