Description: This object provide the threshold of B2EXC.
What is ocnStmBerExcThreshold?
This object sets the bit error rate (BER) threshold for B2 byte excess condition alarms on optical STM (Synchronous Transfer Module) circuits. When the measured BER exceeds this threshold, the device triggers an alarm to alert operators of line quality degradation. Network engineers use this to define sensitivity levels for detecting optical transmission problems.
