Description: The status of this row. An entry MUST NOT exist in the active state unless all objects in the entry have an appropriate value, as described in the description clause for each writable object.
The values of f3UsbWIFIDonglePortRowStatus supported are createAndGo(4) and destroy(6). All mandatory attributes must be specified in a single SNMP SET request with f3UsbWIFIDonglePortRowStatus value as createAndGo(4). Upon successful row creation, this object has a value of active(1).
The f3UsbWIFIDonglePortRowStatus object may be modified if the associated instance of this object is equal to active(1).
Note that flow creation and deletion is only supported with access port in connection-oriented evpl mode.
What is f3UsbWIFIDonglePortRowStatus?
This is the standard SNMP row-lifecycle control for creating or deleting a USB WIFI dongle port entry, supporting only createAndGo(4) and destroy(6) with all mandatory attributes in the same SET. Provisioning systems use it to atomically register a newly plugged-in WIFI dongle's configuration in a single operation. For example, when a technician plugs in a new USB WIFI dongle, the provisioning tool creates its table entry by sending one SET including the SSID, password, and f3UsbWIFIDonglePortRowStatus=createAndGo(4) together.
