Description:
This object allows specification of the TOD external Delay Compensation in nanoseconds. For input port, that is with input Signal Direction, the valid values are -5000000 to 5000000 in 8 nanoseconds steps. Values which are not multiple of 8 will be automatically rounded up to the next multiple of 8.
