What is f3PulsePerSecondPortTODSource?
This object points to the source supplying the timing reference for this PPS port. Admins repoint it when switching the port's PPS signal to a different upstream clock, such as moving from a GPS receiver to a BITS input. For example, if the current GPS-derived PPS source degrades, the admin updates f3PulsePerSecondPortTODSource to point at a backup timing reference.
