Description: This object represents the Administrative State of the Pulse Per Second Port.
What is f3PulsePerSecondPortAdminState?
This object sets the Administrative State, such as enabled or disabled, of the Pulse Per Second port. Admins disable it to take a PPS timing output or input out of service without physically disconnecting the cable, such as before rewiring a GPS timing feed. For example, before swapping a timing reference, the admin sets f3PulsePerSecondPortAdminState to disabled so the change doesn't trigger spurious downstream sync alarms.
