What is f3IrigRelayOutputPortRelayOperation?
This read-write object configures how the relay contact behaves (its operation mode) for this IRIG relay output port. Admins set it to match how the external device wired to the relay expects to be triggered, such as normally-open versus normally-closed behavior tied to the time code. For example, if an external siren fires at the wrong moment, an admin might change this relay operation setting to correct the trigger polarity/timing behavior.
