What is f3IrigRelayOutputPortAdminState?
This read-write object sets the administrative state of the IRIG relay output port, which drives an external relay contact from the time-code source. An admin toggles it to enable or disable the relay-driven output, for example to stop an external alarm device from being triggered during maintenance. For example, before servicing equipment wired to the relay contact, a technician would disable this port's admin state to prevent an unwanted relay trip.
