What is f3GPSReceiverPortPPSGenCondition?

This object configures the condition under which the GPS receiver generates its PPS output, either as soon as one satellite is tracked or only once at least three satellites are tracked. Admins choose the stricter three-satellite requirement when they want higher-confidence timing before the PPS signal is trusted by downstream equipment. For example, on a site where single-satellite fixes have proven unreliable, the admin sets f3GPSReceiverPortPPSGenCondition to require three tracked satellites before PPS output begins.
