What is f3FpQosShaperWfqWeight?
This read-write Integer32 sets the Weighted Fair Queuing weight of the QoS Shaper, determining how much relative scheduling priority its queue receives when competing with other shaper queues for available bandwidth. An administrator raises this weight for traffic classes that should win a larger share of contested bandwidth during congestion. For example, giving a video-conferencing shaper a higher WFQ weight than a bulk-transfer shaper ensures the conferencing traffic gets preferential access to any contended bandwidth.
