What is f3FpQosPolicerStorageType?
This read-create StorageType records what kind of storage backs this Policer table entry. An administrator sets it to nonVolatile when a policer's rate-limiting configuration for a service must survive a card reboot. For example, a policer enforcing a customer's contracted bandwidth cap would normally be provisioned with nonVolatile storage so the cap is not lost on restart.
