What is f3FpQosPolicerCIRMaxLo?
This object represents the lower 32 bits of the maximum Committed Information Rate (CIR) setting on a QoS traffic policer, specifying the guaranteed minimum bandwidth that a connection must not exceed. The CIR is split into two 32-bit fields for 64-bit precision in setting bandwidth limits. Operators adjust this when enforcing service-level agreements to prevent traffic from consuming more than contracted bandwidth.
