Description:
This object allows specification of the Commited Information Rate(CIR) MAX on Policer. This represents the high 32 bits.
What is f3FpQosPolicerCIRMaxHi?
This object stores the high-order 32 bits of the maximum Committed Information Rate (CIR) value for a QoS policer on a facility card. The CIR defines the maximum sustained rate of traffic guaranteed by the network, and splitting it into high and low 32-bit values allows representation of very large rates. Operators configure CIR limits to enforce bandwidth guarantees and prevent one service from consuming all available link capacity.
