This read-write object sets the Control Protocol Disposition for the IEEE 802.1x Port Authentication protocol, identified by MAC address 01:80:C2:00:00:03 and Ethertype 0x888E, at the flow-point level. An administrator configures this per service to allow or block 802.1x authentication exchanges independent of other services sharing the same physical port. For example, one flow point could pass 802.1x through to a downstream authenticator while another flow point on the same port discards it.
