An administrator configures this to allow end-to-end LLDP discovery information to reach the customer's equipment on this specific service, distinct from the nearest-bridge and non-TPMR scopes. For example, setting this disposition to pass-through on a flow point lets a customer's device see LLDP neighbor information originating beyond the provider's demarcation.
