What is f3EthernetTrafficPortExpDEEncDropIneligiblePrio?

This object defines the EXP (Experimental/Traffic Class) value that combines a priority level with an implicit marking that the packet is drop-ineligible in MPLS QoS configurations. It is read-write and allows operators to configure how non-eligible packets are tagged for DiffServ treatment. An operator would set this value to ensure correct quality-of-service classification and protection of certain traffic classes that should not be dropped under congestion.
