What is f3AclRulePriorityHighLimit?
This read-write Integer32 sets the upper bound of the priority range the ACL rule matches against, used together with the priority control. An administrator configures this to define where a matched priority range ends. For example, setting this high limit to the top of a priority band, alongside a matching low limit, confines the rule to that band.
