What is f3AclRuleOuterVlanVIDLowLimit?
This OID sets the lowest VLAN ID number to match in an access control rule for filtering network traffic. VLAN IDs (0-4095) tag traffic for network segmentation; this lower bound defines the starting point of a matching range. An operator uses this to create a rule that blocks or routes all traffic from a VLAN range.
