What is f3AclRuleOuterVlanVIDControl?
This read-write TruthValue turns on or off outer VLAN ID matching as part of this ACL rule's criteria. An administrator enables this when the rule should only apply to traffic tagged with a specific outer VLAN ID or range. For example, enabling this control lets an administrator then configure a VLAN ID limit so the rule only matches traffic on a particular customer's outer VLAN.
