What is f3AclRuleInnerVlanVIDControl?
This read-write TruthValue turns on or off inner VLAN ID matching as part of this ACL rule's criteria. An administrator enables this when the rule needs to distinguish traffic by its inner (customer) VLAN tag in a Q-in-Q environment. For example, enabling this control lets the administrator then restrict the rule to only match a specific customer's inner VLAN inside a shared outer VLAN.
