This read-write Integer32 (2..300) allows an administrator to specify the duration for a timed loopback on the E1/T1 interface, per its description, so the loopback clears automatically after that period. Bounding the duration protects against a technician forgetting to remove a test loopback and leaving the circuit out of service. For example, a technician running a brief line-quality test on a T1 would set a short timed value here so normal traffic resumes automatically even if they don't manually clear the loopback.
