Description: This object represents Line Build Out on E1/T1 port.
What is e1t1LineBuildOut?
This object configures the Line Build Out setting on the E1/T1 port, adjusting the transmit signal's output level to compensate for cable distance. Admins tune it so the electrical signal reaching the far end isn't too strong, causing crosstalk, or too weak, causing errors, over the actual cable run. For example, when an E1/T1 port feeds a cross-connect only a few feet away, the admin lowers the line build out from the long-haul default to avoid overdriving the short cable.
