Description: The status of this row. An entry MUST NOT exist in the active state unless all objects in the entry have an appropriate value, as described in the description clause for each writable object.
The values of cmTrafficPortQosShaperRowStatus supported are createAndGo(4) and destroy(6). All mandatory attributes must be specified in a single SNMP SET request with cmTrafficPortQosShaperRowStatus value as createAndGo(4). Upon successful row creation, this object has a value of active(1).
The cmTrafficPortQosShaperRowStatus object may be modified if the associated instance of this object is equal to active(1).
What is cmTrafficPortQosShaperRowStatus?
This RowStatus object controls creation and deletion of a port-level QoS shaper row, supporting only createAndGo(4) and destroy(6) per its description. An administrator uses it to provision a shaper's full set of rate parameters atomically in one SNMP SET, or to remove a shaper no longer needed on that port. For example, downgrading a port from shaped to unshaped service would involve setting this object to destroy(6) to remove its shaper entry.
