What is cmTrafficAclVlanPriority?

This boolean flag indicates whether a particular ACL entry applies VLAN priority marking (true) or not (false). When enabled, traffic matching the ACL rule gets tagged with a 3-bit priority value (0-7) for QoS handling. A cable modem configuration manager would enable this on an ACL entry to mark high-priority business traffic for preferential forwarding.
