What is cmQosShaperBufferSize?
This unsigned integer specifies how much memory (in bytes) a traffic shaper reserves to buffer temporarily excess packets. A larger buffer allows the shaper to smooth bursts without dropping frames. An engineer configures this when tuning QoS on a congested link to reduce packet loss during traffic spikes.
