What is cmQosPolicerV2PolicingEnabled?
This read-write TruthValue enables or disables the actual policing function for a given class of service (COS) on a version-2 QoS policer, per its description. An administrator toggles it to activate or bypass rate enforcement for that COS without deleting the policer's configured rate parameters. For example, temporarily disabling policing on a COS during a diagnostic test lets traffic pass unmetered while troubleshooting, without losing the configured CIR/EIR values.
