What is cmQosFlowPolicerEIRMaxLo?
This read-write Unsigned32 holds the lower 32 bits of the maximum-allowed Excess Information Rate (EIR MAX) ceiling on a QoS Flow Policer, paired with cmQosFlowPolicerEIRMaxHi. For EIR MAX ceilings that fit within 32 bits, this low-order object alone carries the full ceiling value while the high-order field stays zero. For example, capping a policer's excess rate allowance at 300 Mbps would be represented entirely in cmQosFlowPolicerEIRMaxLo, with the paired Hi object left at zero.
