This read-write PrioMapControlType object specifies whether the priority carried in an incoming X-TAG should be swapped for the value in cmPrioMapXTagPriority. Admins use this when they need to override an untrusted or inconsistent incoming X-TAG priority marking with a locally controlled value before further processing.
