Admins set this default to ensure outbound traffic that falls outside the defined mapping rules still receives predictable egress treatment. For example, an admin sets cmPrioMapV2ProfileEgressCos to a moderate value so traffic leaving the network port without a specific egress mapping match isn't dropped to the lowest priority by accident.
