What is cmPortCpdProfileStorageType?

This read-create object specifies the storage type, such as volatile or nonVolatile, for this Control Protocol Disposition profile table entry, controlling whether the profile's configuration survives a device reboot. An administrator sets this to nonVolatile for CPD profiles used in production so the carefully tuned per-protocol dispositions are not lost after a device reload. For example, an operator relying on a specific CPD profile to protect a customer demarcation port would configure nonVolatile storage to avoid having to reconfigure every protocol disposition after a restart.
