cmNetPortPcpDEEncDropEligiblePrio is a read-write PCP value that carries a given priority with an implicit drop-eligible indication encoded into it, for frames leaving this network port. An administrator sets this so excess traffic leaving this trunk is marked with a PCP value the next-hop device will recognize as safe to discard first. For example, traffic that exceeded its access-port committed rate and was already marked drop-eligible would carry this PCP value onward across the network port toward the next node.
