An administrator sets this to define which priority level a decoded frame should be treated as when the incoming PCP encoding marks it drop-eligible. For example, best-effort traffic arriving from a peer network element with a drop-eligible PCP encoding would, via this object, be assigned the priority this network port uses for excess traffic.
