This read-write TruthValue is the drop-eligibility flag decoded from an incoming IP Precedence value on this network port. It tells the device whether received traffic should be treated as safe to discard under congestion or as protected, based on how the sender marked its IP Precedence field. For example, this object being set true for a given IP Precedence value means packets arriving with that marking are queued as drop-eligible rather than protected.
