What is cmNetPortExtMcastRateLimitSpeedHi?
This object represents the high 32 bits of the multicast traffic rate-limiting speed value for an Ethernet network port. Together with the corresponding 'Lo' object, it forms a 64-bit value specifying the maximum multicast packet forwarding rate in packets per second. An operator would set this value to prevent multicast traffic from consuming excessive bandwidth on network ports.
