What is cmNetPortExtCombinedRateLimitSpeedLo?
This object holds the low 32 bits of the combined multicast-and-broadcast rate limit for this network port. Admins tune it to set the low-order portion of the shared flood-traffic ceiling applied to the network-facing side of the circuit. For example, an admin sets cmNetPortExtCombinedRateLimitSpeedLo to bound total flood traffic leaving toward the core network from this aggregation point.
