What is cmNetPortEncapPcpDEDropEligiblePrio?
This read-write VlanPriority defines the drop-eligible priority value used in the encapsulation-PCP-based encoding/decoding scheme on this network port. An administrator sets it to designate which priority level within the outer encapsulation tag is a discard candidate under congestion. For example, low-priority background traffic on this port's encapsulated tunnel would be assigned this drop-eligible priority so it is dropped before higher classes.
