Description: This object used to specify the flow related wfq group EIR high 32 bits value.
What is cmFlowWfqGroupEirHi?
This object specifies the high 32 bits of the Excess Information Rate (EIR) value for a weighted fair queueing group applied to a flow. Combined with a low 32-bit value, this forms a 64-bit bandwidth limit for excess traffic beyond committed rates. An operator would configure this to define how much additional bandwidth above the committed rate a flow is allowed to use when network capacity is available.
