This read-create TruthValue specifies whether the S-TAG priority of received frames is used or ignored for network-to-access traffic on the Ethernet Flow. It is applicable only when S-TAG control is set to push, and must be FALSE for a Transparent Flow. For example, an administrator disables this so a fixed priority is pushed on N2A frames rather than honoring whatever priority arrived on the received S-TAG.
