Description: The status of this row. An entry MUST NOT exist in the active state unless all objects in the entry have an appropriate value, as described in the description clause for each writable object.
The values of cmFlowRowStatus supported are createAndGo(4) and destroy(6). All mandatory attributes must be specified in a single SNMP SET request with cmFlowRowStatus value as createAndGo(4). Upon successful row creation, this object has a value of active(1).
The cmFlowRowStatus object may be modified if the associated instance of this object is equal to active(1).
Note that flow creation and deletion is only supported with access port in connection-oriented evpl mode.
What is cmFlowRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus governs creation and deletion of an Ethernet Flow table row, supporting only createAndGo and destroy values. All mandatory flow attributes must be specified together with createAndGo in a single SNMP SET request before the row can go active. For example, an administrator provisions a brand-new customer flow by issuing one SET request with createAndGo and all required attributes in a single transaction.
